Wrong order sent phoned the shop didn’t have the time to address it always ordered from here but this has not been a good experience

Food lovely, girl serving is very pleasant.

After 1 hour and 40 minutes I called to ask where our order was. The phone rang out and then I was hung up on twice. I eventually got through and was told our order hadn't gone out yet, it was still with the kitchen. At the 2 hour point someone arrived at our door with complimentary poppadoms, spiced onions and a bottle of juice in addition to what we assumed was our order. Turns out it wasn't our order, my husband had to jump in the car, drive to the shop and consequently wait on the correct order. We finally got to eat our dinner 2 and a half hours after ordering it. Unfortunately we won't be ordering again because of this.

Everyone loved their meals. Food fresh and tasty. Would recommend.

Food delicious as usual

Took 1hr 45min to get my meal when it stated 50mins delivery on the app. The food wasn't hot, it was warm. This isn't the first time this has happened. Tried phoning 4 times to find out where our order was and it rang out with no-one picking up.

2 hours for delivery when we insure said 35 mins.
